There were occasional unpleasant smells in one of the toilets. Acoustic insulation was not great, allowing noise from the street and other apartments to be heard.

While our experience was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. the kitchen lacked some essential cooking utensils, like wooden or silicone spoons for the non-stick pans.
